Yannick “Nick” Georges oversees operational logistics to improve the global efficiency of RAP and supports RAP’s chief operating officer. He administers human resources, including benefits and recruiting, and manages all aspects of RAP’s day-to-day IT needs on both the hardware and software side.
Prior to joining RAP, Nick Georges was the payroll manager and grant administrator for Dealer.com, a fast-growing Vermont tech company, where he managed the day-to-day payroll needs for more than 800 employees, along with multimillion dollar state grants. Georges also served the Northlands Job Corps Center for over 12 years. He started as an accountant, soon took on the IT operations, and was then promoted to finance supervisor for the education and vocational training center.
Georges received his bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in accounting and minor in statistics from Castleton State College.
