  1. IBIKENEWE

1.1. IBY’IBANZE BIKENEWE MU GUHINGA SIPIRULINA(Spirulina)

Sipirulina nk’ ibindi bihingwa byose ikenera izuba. Ni ukuvuga ko ihingwa ahantu hagera izuba kugirango ibashe gukura, kandi na none ikarindwa izuba ry’ igikatu kuko na ryo rishobora kuyangiza by’ umwihariko igihe ikiri ntoya (itarakura). Bivuzeko ihingwa ahantu mu gicucu kandi hagera n’ izuba rihagije. Hakenewe kandi umurima muto, urubaraza, cyangwa igisenge na byo ni ingenzi cyane.

1.2. GUTEGURARA UMURIMA

Sipirulina (spirulina), nk’ uko tubivuze haruguru ikenera imirasire y’ izuba bikaba rero ari ingenzi cyane kuyihinga mu bikoresho bibonerana. 1.3. AMAZI

Sipirulina ikenera amazi n’ ifumbire kugirango ikure. Kubera igipimo cy’ amafumbire  ikuriraho kiri hejuru, kuyihinga ntibigombera amazi asukuye: amazi meza, amazi y’ imvura cyanga andi yose uvomye mu isoko y’ amazi aya yose ashobora gukoreshwa. Amazi yanduye nayo ashobora gukoreshwa kuko mikorobe zirimo nk’ inzoka ,virusi (virus) cyangwa bakiteri (bacterie) bidashobora kubaho ku kigero cy’ imyunyu ngugu nk’ icyo. Amazi atemewe kuba yakoreshwa ni arimo ibyuma biremereye (bifite ingaruka ku mubiri w’ umuntu), kuko sipirulina ya binyunyuza maze umuntu yayirya ikaba yamugiraho ingaruka zitari nziza.

1.4. GUPIMA URUGERO RW’ AMAFUMBIRE MU MURIMA (Level of pH)

Ahantu sipirulina ikurira haba hari ku kigero cyo hejuru cy’ amafumbire (niveau de pH) bikaba bituma iganza utundi tunyabuzita twayibangamira ndoreko utwinshi muri two tudashobora no kuba ahantu nk’ aho. 1.5. AKAYUNGURUZO

1.6. AMAFUMBIRE

Sipirulina ikurira ahantu hagizwe n’ amazi avanze n’ amafumbire. Iyo bitagukundiye kubona ayo mafumbire, birashoboka ko wakora amafumbire yayasimbura ukoresheje ibikoresho biboneka ahakwegereye  ku mafaranga make cyangwa ukaba wabibonera ubuntu.

Uru ni urutonde rw’ amafumbire akenewe:

  • Bikarubonate ya Sodiyumu, NaHCO3, (Bicarbonate de soude)

Iyi fumbire ushobora kuyibona hafi yahose mu masoko ya kijyambere (supermarchés, soma: superi marishe). Mu gihe itabonetse, intunga mubiri ziyirimo ushobora kuzibona mu ivu ry’ ibiti: uvanga ivu n’ amazi , ukabitereka mu gikoresho gipfunduye kugirango bikurure umwuka mu kirere (gaze karubonike, CO2). Nyuma y’ icyumweru kimwe iyo mvange iba ishobora gutanga karubone iri hafi 10, 5 (niveau de pH).

  • Nitarate ya Potasiyumu, KNO3 (Nitrate de Potassium)

Iyi nayo ishobora gusimburwa na ire (urée) igizwe n’ amoniyake (NH3) na gaze karubonike (CO2) ariko umuhinzi akaba igirwa inama yo gukoresha ingano nkeya  ku kigero by ibuze cy’ amamiligarama mirongo itandatu kuri litiro imwe (60mg/litre) cyangwa igakoreshwa hamwe n’ indi fumbire iyo ari yo yose  irimo azote, aho biba ngombwa kongeramo silifate ya potasiyumu (Sulfate de Potassium).   • Kolorire ya sodiyumu,NaCl, (Chlorure de sodium)

Uyu ni umunyu wo mu kikoni (uwo bakunze kwita urugera), ushobora gukoresha uwo ushyikiriye.

  • Dihayidorojenofosifate ya potasiyumu, (KH2PO4), (dihydrogenophosphate de potassium)

Mu gihe iyi fumbire itari kuboneka, nayo ishobora gusimbuzwa ubwoko ubwo ari bwo bwose bwa fosifore isanzwe ikoresha mu buhinzi (fosifate ya mono amoniyumu, phosphate de monoamonium, cyangwa fosifate ya diya ammoniyumu, phosphate de diammonium; aside fosiforike nay o ishobora gukoreshwa ari ko ikaba yemerewe gusa abahinzi babimenyereye kuko hari amabwiriza agenga imikoreshereze yayo).   • Silifate ya fere ,FeSO4, (Sulfate ferreux)

  • Silifate ya Manyeziyumu, MgSO4, ()

  • Iyo sipirulina ihinzwe ahantu hagari (mu cyuzi cyangwa mu ibasi),ni ngombwa ko kalisiyumu (calcium) yongerwa mo. Mu kuyongera mo rero, ukoresha ishwagara cyangwa kolorire ya kalisiyumu (Chlorire de Calcium,CaCl2). Ikijyanye n’ ingano reba ku ngingo ya gatatu akagingo ka gatandatu (3.6.).
  • Mu gihe bikomeye cyane kuyabona (amafumbire), azote, fosifate, silifate, sodiyumu, potasiyumu na manyeziyumu bishobora kuboneka mu nkari z’ umuntu, ariko ufite ubuzima bwiza: utari ku miti cyangwa ngo abe afata ibiyobya bwenge. Ubutare (fer) budashobora kuboneka mu nkari ushobora kububona ukoresheje bwa buryo tumaze kuvuga hejuru.

Ntabwo byemewe gukoresha izo zisimbura mu gihe ari bwo uri gutangira guhinga sipirulina, ahubwo igihe imaze gukura ni bwo ushobora kuzikoresha zigasimbura imyunyu ngugu yatakaye mu gihe cyo gusarura. Iyo yahinzwe (sipirulina) mu macupa, muri litiro imwe ushyiramo mililitiro eshanu (5ml) z’ inkari na 0.1 ml z’ ubutare(fer). Iyo ihinzwe ahantu hagari (mu ibasi cyangwa mu cyuzi) zongerwamo ukurikije umusaruro umaze gusarura. Iyo umaze gusarura ikilo kimwe (1kg) cya sipirulina, wongeramo inkari kuva kuri litiro 15 kugera kuri 20 na mililitiro ijana (100ml) z’ ubutare(fer). Nyuma yo gubishyiramo ku ncuro ya mbere, ubutare bugomba kongerwa mo incuro imwe buri cyumweru (witonze kandi uvanga neza) naho inkari zikongerwa mo buri munsi.

  • Mu gihe hakoreshejwe amafumbire mva ruganda agomba kuba ashonga mu buryo bworoshye atari utubumbe dushonga bigoranye.
  • Imvange nk’ iyo si kampara ari ituma gusarura byoroha kandi umurima ukaba wakoreshwa incuro nyinshi. Ushobora kuyigura aho bacuruza sipirulina cyangwa ukaba wayitumiza ubinyujije kuri Antenna Technologies

1.7. SIPIRULINA NZIMA

Hakewe nibuze ingano ntoya ya sipirulina kugirango umuntu atangire guhinga. Noneho rero sipirulina ifite imbaraga kandi ( ni ukuvuga ishobora kuba yasarurwa cyangwa yatuburwa ) ishobora guhererekanwa umuhinzi umwe ku wundi maze nawe akaba yatangira guhinga nta kiguzi bimusabye. Sipirulina kandi ishobora kugurwa kuko hari umubare w’ imirima iteguwe ku isi, bashobora kuyikoherereza bakoresheje ikorana buhanga (E-mail).

1.8. IGIKORESHO CYO KUVANGA

Sipirulina igenda yiyegeraniza hejuru y’umurima aho imirasire y’ izuba igera cyane. Ibi rero bikaba byatuma itabashije kugera hejuru yangirika cyangwa igapfa. Mu buryo bwo kugirango sipirulina yose igere ku zuba, umurima yakuriyemo ugomba kuvangwa. Kuvanga bishobora gukorwa n’ amaboko hifashishijwe igiti watunganije neza …. Ubundi buryo ni ubwo gukoresha impope  yabugenewe.

1.9. UMUBIRIKIRA

Umubirikira ukoreshwa dushyira umurima mu macupa. Uramutse utabonetse ushobora kuwikorera wifashishije ibikoresho biboneka aho uri  nko kuzinga pulasitike nk’ umubirikira cyangwa ikindi kintu cyose kitacibwa n’amazi.

  1. UKO BAHINGA SPIRULINA MUMACUPA

2.1 GUTUNGANYA UMURIMA

Spirulina ikurira mu mvange y’amazi n ‘amafumbire

2.1.1 GUPIMA NO KUVANGA AMAFUMBIRE

Ingero zikurikira ni izikenewe kuri litiro

  • amagarama 16 (16g) ya bicarbonate de Sodium (soma: Bikarubonate ya Sodiyumu, NaHCO2 )
  • amagarama 2 (2g) ya Nitrate de Potassium (soma: Nitarate ya Potasiyumu, KNO3)
  • amagarama 0.1(0.1g) ya Dihydrogenophosphate de Potassium( soma: dihayidorojenofosifate ya Potasiyumu, KH2PO4) kuko ikunze kuza ari utubumbe ningombwa kubanza kuyihindura mo ifu.
  • Amagarama 0.1 (0.1g) ya sulfate de fer ( soma: silifate ya fere, FeSO3)
  • Amagarama 0.1 (o.1g) ya sulfate de Magnesium (soma: silifate de manyeziyumu, MgSO3)

*Mu gihe atari kuboneka buri fumbire ishobora gusimbuzwa nk’ uko byasobanuwe mu ngingo ya 1.6.

*Igihe umuntu agiye gukora mu mafumbire agirwa inama yo kwambara umwambaro w’ intoki (ga), by’ umwihariko igihe akoresha dihayidorojenofosifate ya potasiyumu. Iyo umwambaro w’ intoki utabonetse inama itangwa ni uko hakoreshwa ikiyiko cyangwa ubundi buryo ubwo aribwo bwose bwarinda uruhu ( umubiri) guhura n’ amafumbire.

2.1.2. Gushyira imvange y’ amafumbiere mu mazi

2.1.3. Kuvanga

Amafumbire asukwa mu mazi hanyuma hakabaho kuvangavanga ku buryo amafumbire ashonga. Ibara ry’ umurima (amazi avanze n’ amafumbire) risa n’ umuhondo wijimye.

2.1.4. Gupima ikigero amafumbire ariho mu murima (Niveau de pH)

Hifashishwa urupapuro rwabugenewe (Litmus paper). Urukoza muri wa murima hagati y’ amasegonda 2 kugera kuri 3 maze rugahindura amabara. Hakurikiraho kugereranya ayo mabara n’ ari ku gakarito izo mpapuro zizamo. Umurima ukwiriye (wemewe) ugomba kuba urimo amafumbire ari ku kigero kiri hagati y’ umunani n’ umunani n’ ibice bitanu (8 – 8.5). Niba ari munsi hagomba kongerwamo bicarbonate de Sodium (soma: bikarubonate de sodium).unganya u Ku rugero rwo hejuru rwo nta kibazo (igihe birenze umunani)

*Nyuma yo gutunga umurima inshuro nyinshi (bimaze kuba akamenyero) nta bwo biba bikiri ngombwa gupima ikigero cy’ amafumbire kuri ubu buryo. Ibara ry’ umurima riba rihagije.

*Biba byiza kubanza gutegura amafumbire ukayavanga maze iyo mvange ukaba ari yo ushongesha mu mazi.

*Birashoboka ko amafumbire yategurwa mbere akavangwa maze agashongeshwa mu mazi igihe agiye gukoreshwa. Gutegura umurima mbere na byo birashoboka ari ko ukabikwa mu gikoresho gipfundikiye kandi mu gicucu.

2.2. UBURYO BWO GUHINGA

2.2.1. Kongera umurima muri sipirulina

Ingero zigomba kwitabwaho. Icupa ryose rigiye gukoreshwa, kimwe cya kabiri () cyuzuzwamo sipirulina maze kimwe cya kabiri gisigaye hakuzuzwaho umurima.

2.2.2. Kuvanga

Nyuma yo guhinga ni ngombwa ko kuva ku masaha 2 kugera kuri 4, habaho kuvanga kugirango sipirulina yose ibone izuba. Ni ingenzi cyane kumenya ko mu cyumweru cya mbere cyangwa igihe sipirulina itaraba nyinshi ntibyemewe kuyitereka ku zuba. Amacupa agomba kuba apfundikiye igihe umuntu avanga kugirango hatagira imeneka, ariko agahita apfundura kugirango ibone umwuka mwiza (Oxygene). Kuvanga bigomba kukoranwa ubwitonzi mu mujyo umwe.

2.2.3. Kongera mo amazi

Uko iminsi ishira umurima uri mu icupa ugenda ugabanuka ukurikije ingano y’ ubushyuhe bw’ izuba cyangwa ubuhehere. Kuko urugero rw’ umurima rugomba guhora ari rumwe (rudahindagurika) mu icupa, ni ingenzi kongera mo amazi (atari mo ifumbire).

 

2.2.4. Gupima urugero rw’ amafumbire

Urugero rwo hejuru rw’ amafumbire  (Niveau de pH) mu murima, rugomba kuba hagati 10 -10.5. Nyuma yo guhinga, urugero rw’ amafumbire rurazamuka rukagera ku kigero cyo hejuru (10-10.5) mu gihe cy’ iminsi mike kugera ku byumweru bike, kuko imikurire ya sipirulina ariyo izamura uru rugero. Ikimenyetso cyiza cyerekana ko urugero rw’ amafumbire ruzamuka rukurikije imikurire ya sipirulina, ni ibara ry’ umurima. Uko bigenda bizamuka ibara ry’ icyatsi kibisi rigenda rirusha ho kwijima. Gupima amafumbire bikorwa nk’ uko byasobanuwe mu ngingo 2.1.4.

2.2.4.1. Gukoza urupapuro rwabugenewe muri sipirulina

2.2.4.2. Guhinduka kw’ amabara y’ urupapuro (litmus paper)

2.2.4.3. Kugereranya amabara y’ urupapuro n’ ari ku gakarito izo mpapuro zizamo

Ni ingenzi kumenya ko uko umuhinzi wa sipirilina arushaho kubigiramo uburambe, biba bitakiri ngombwa cyane gukoresha urupapuro rwabugenewe kenshi kuko ibara rya sipirulina riba rihagije. Uko sipirulina irushaho kugira imbaraga iniyongera ni na ko ibara rirushaho kuba icyatsi kibisi kijimye bisobanura ko urugero rw’ amafumbire rugeze ku kigero cyo hejuru (10-10.5). Iyo igeze kuri uru rugero iba yeze ni ukuvuga ishobora kuba yasarurwa (kugirango iribwe) cyangwa yakongerwa (gutubura imbuto). Ku cyo gutubura imbuto, inama itangwa ni uko habaho gutegereza ikindi cyumweru kugirango sipirulina yongere ikure. Ni ingenzi cyane kumenya ko muri icyo cyumweru na cyo kuvanga no kongera mo amazi bikomeza gukorwa.

2.3. GUTUBURA IMBUTO (sipirulina)

Igihe sipirulina imaze gukura ifite imbaraga, iba igeze ku kigero cyo gutuburwa (no gusarurwa turi buvugeho mu ngingo 2.4). Iyo ibikenewe byose biri ku kigero nyacyo , sipirulina yiyongera mu masaha 28 kugera kuri 48. Bishobokako byafata ni igihe kirekire igihe ibikenewe byose biri munsi y’ ikigero nya cyo.

2.3. Gutubura Imbuto (Sipirulina)

Igihe sipirulina imaze gukura ifite imbaraga, iba imaze kugera ku kigero cyo gutuburwa(no gusarurwa turibuvugeho mu ngingo ikurikira, 2.4). Iyo ibikenerwa biri ku kigero nyacyo, sipirulina yiyongera mu masaha 28 kugera kuri 48. Bishoboka ko byafata n’ igihe kirekire, igihe ibikenerwa biri munsi y’ikigero nyacyo.

 2.3.1. Kugabanya sipirulina mu macupa abiri (gukwiza)

Ufata icupa ririmo sipirulina nirindi ririmo ubusa maze ukagabanyamo kabiri ugashyira no muri iryo rindi ukaba ugize amacupa abiri arimo sipirulina kuri kimwe cya kabiri, kimwe cya kabiri (1/2).

2.3.2 Gutubura

Ibigereranyo bigomba kuba kimwe cya kabiri kuri kimwe cya kabiri. Ufata ya macupa yawe washyizemo sipirulina ukuzuzaho umurima kuri kimwe cya kabiri cyari cyasigaye.

 2.3.3.Gupima urugero rwa amafumbire(ph level)

Kugabanya sipirulina maze ukongeraho umurima bituma ikigero cy’amafumbire kimanuka. Nyuma y’ iminsi mike kugera ku byumweru bike rurongera rukazamuka rukagera ku kigero cyo hejuru (10-10.5) n’ ibara rikongera kugenda ryijima uko sipirulina ukura. Muri iki gihe sipirulina igomba kwitabwaho nka mbere igitangira guhingwa (ingingo2.2), ni ukuvuga kongeramo amazi no kuvanga.

Gupima urugero rw’amafumbire bikorwa nk’ uko twabibonye  mungingo zibanza (ingingo2.2.4). Igihe urugero rwongeye kuzamuka  rukagera ku10-10.5, ni byiza ko uyireka (sipirulina) nk’ icyumweru kimwe kugirango igire imbaraga kandi igwire ibe iri kurwego rwo  kuba yakongerwa (gutuburwa)  cyangwa gusarurwa.

2.4. Gusarura

Iyo sipirulina imaze gukura ifite imbaraga, iba igeze igihe cyo gusarurwa (cyangwa gutuburwa nk’ uko twabivuze mu ngingo ya 2.3). Gusarura sipirulina, ni ukuyitandukanya n’ umurima yakuriyemo. Ni byiza gusarura  mu gitondo kumpamvu z’ intungamubiri n’ imisarurire yayo.

2.4.1 Gufatira akayungiro hejuru y’ igikoresho uri gusaruriramo (indobo,ibase ,icyungo)

 2.4.2 Gusuka sipirulina ku kayungiro

 2.4.3 Kuyungurura

Mu gusarura, sipirulina isigara ku kayungiro maze umurima ugatambuka ukajya mu gikoresho uri gusaruriramo. Kugirango wongere ukoresha nk’incuro ebyiri cyangwa eshatu. Nyuma y’ izo ncuro ugomba kumenwa maze hagakoreshwa umurima mushyashya.

N.B: ntabwo umurima wakoreshejwe kuri izo ncuro umenwa uko umuntu yiboneye. Ntibyemewe guhita uwushyira mu butaka, mu bindi bidukikije (imigezi, ibyatsi, ibihingwa…), kuyaha amatungo cyangwa kuyamena muri wese. Ugomba kubanza gufungurwa (umurima) ku rugero rwa 1 ku 10 (ni ukuvuga litiro imwe uyifunguza litiro 10 z’ amazi) maze ukaba wakifashishwa mu busitani ubwo ari bwo bwose cyangwa mu bihingwa. Ubundi buryo ni ugushyira wa murima mu gikoresho (urgero: ibasi) gipfunduye ugatereka ku zuba. Amazi aratumuka hagasigara ibiaheshe bya ya mafumbire bishobora gufungwa mu mashashe, umuntu akabona kubita.

2.4.3. Gukamura

Urugero rw’ amafumbire sipirulina ikuriramo rwakwangiza ubuzima igihe umuntu ahise ayirya.  Kubera iyo mpamvu iyo umaze kuyungurura ni ngombwa gukamura sipirilina kugirango wizere ko umurima wose washize mo. Ukamura witonze maze wabona amazi arikuvamo atangiye kuba icyatsi kibisi ukarekeraho. Niba gukamura bidashoboka, ubundi buryo (ari ko butari bwiza) ni ukuyinyuza mu mazi. Nyuma yo gusarura sipirulina no kuyikamura iba imeze nk’ ikinombe.

2.5. Kumisha sipirulina

Sipirulina yasaruwe ikaba itahise iribwa igomba kumishwa. Ubu buryo bushobora gutuma ibikwa ukwezi kose.

2.5.1. Kwanika

Usanza sipirulina ku gasegetera kakaba gafasha kugabanya igihe cyo kwanika kandi ikuma neza. Igihe katabonetse ,hakoreshwa ikindi kintu cyose kibwase ushobora gusanzisha;urutoki:icyuma;cyangwa akayiko.

2.5.2 Kumisha

Iyo hakoreshejwe ifuru, kumisha bimara amasaha cumi 16 ku bushyuhe bungana na 40oC cyangwa amasaha ane ku bushyuhe bungana na degere 60 ( uko ubushyuhe bw’ifuru ari bucye niko intungamubiri ziguma muri sipirulina ari nyinshi). Niba yanitse ku zuba iminsi ibri irahagije.

 

 

  1. UKO BAHINGA SIPIRULINA MU MYUZI (Intambwe ku ntambwe)

Ibyuzi ni uburyo bwiza bwo guhinga sipirulina nyinshi.

3.1 AMAHAME NGENDERWAHO YO GUHINGA SIPIRULINA MU BYUZI

3.1.1. Igitwikirizo (Igipfundikizo)

Hakenewe icyo gutwikira cyo kurinda imvura kugwa mu cyuzi kuko ishobora gufungura umurima maze urugero rw’ amafumbire rukagabanuka. Ni ingenzi cyane kandi nk’ ahantu hari umuyaga mwinshi ushobora gutwara ivumbi ryinshi n’igitaka cyangwa igihe hari udukoko twinshi. Igipfundikizo gishobora kuba ikibaho, ibibabi by’ingazi cyangwa agace k’igikoresho wakoresheje utegura mu cyuzi.

3.1.3 Gusukura icyuzi

Buri mezi atandatu icyuzi kigomba gukorerwa isuku ibishingwe byose bigakurwamo. Mu gihe cyo gukora isuku, sipirulina yimurirwa mu kindi cyuzi cyangwa mubindi bikoresho (Ibasi, Indobo, Icyungo,…). Amazi arimo isabune bogesheje (ibyombo) amasahane ni meza cyane kuyakoresha usukura icyuzi.

3.1.4 Ibipimo by’icyuzi

Ubujyakuzimu bw’icyuzi bugomba kuba inshuro ebyiri ubujyakuzimu bw’umurima. Mu buryo bwiza umurima wagombye kuba hagati ya santi metero 15 na 20 z’ubujyakuzimu, bivuzeko icyuzi kigomba kuba gisumbaho. Nk’uko kano gatabo kagenewe gukoresha mubuhinzi bwa sipirulina mu matsinda y’abantu, bikunze  kubaho ko inshuro nyinshi ibyangombwa bikenewe biba bitageze ku rugero. Kubera iyo mpamvu ni ngombwa ko umurima uba ufite santimetero 30 kugeza kuri 40 z’ ubujyakuzimu mu cyuzi cya santimetero 60 kugeza kuri 68. Ibi bizagabanya ibibazo bishobora gutera umusaruro kwangirika.

3.2 GUTEGURA UMURIMA                

Amabwiriza ni amwe n’ayo guhinga mu macupa (reba ingingo 2.1). Umurima wongerwa hakurikijwe ingano ya sipirulina iri kuboneka (Ihari). Ni ukuvuga niba hari litiro 20 za sipirulina hagomba gutegurwa umurima ungana na litiro 20. Gutegura umurima (kuvanga amafumbumbire mu mazi) mbere, ukawushyira mu cyuzi nk’ uko bikorwa ku macupa ntabwo ari uburyo bwiza kuko ingano (y’amafumbire n’amazi) iba ari nini. Amafumbire n’amazi bishyirwa mu cyuzi bitandukanye, snyuma y’amasaha make no kuvanga amafumbire arashonga.

 

 3.3 GUHINGA (Kongera umurima kuri sipirulina)

Amabwiriza ni nk’ ayo ku macupa (ingingo 2.2). Kongeramo amazi, kuvanga, kongeramo umurima no gupima urugero rw’ amafumbire bikorwa kimwe uretse ibikoresho byo kuvanga. Kuvanga mu cyuzi bishobora gukorwa n’ intoki ukoresheje igiti, ikindi kintu cyatunganyirijwe kuvanga ingano nini cyangwa Ipompi ntoya ikoresha mu burobyi.

3.4. GUTUBURA

Uburyo bwo gutubura sipirulina mu cyuzi ni bumwe n’ ubwo gutubura mu macupa (reba ingingo 2.3). Itandukaniro rihari ni uko sipirulina itagabanywa mu macupa ngo bongereho umurima. Ahubwo ingano y’ icyuzi niyo yongerwa maze umurima ukabona kongerwaho, sipirulina ikaba nyinshi. Ibi bikorwa hashyirwa ikibaho cyangwa ikindi kintu cyatangira amazi mu cyuzi,  hakaboneka agace gato sipirulina ikaba iriho ihingwa. Iyo imaze gukura ku kigero cyo kuba yatuburwa, cya kibaho kigizwayo kugirango icyuzi kibe kigari (wa mwanya sipirulina yari irimo). Igihe  icyuzi cyose kimaze kuzura, gutubura sipirulina bijyana n’ ingano y’ iyo wasaruye ngo iribwe.

3.5.GUSARURA

Gusarura mu cyuzi bikorwa kimwe no mu macupa (reba ingingo 2.4) kuko ingano iba ari nini, umwenda wifashishwa mu kuyungurura washyirwa mu biti (nk’ akayungiro k’ umucanga)

Kungirango byoroshye igikorwa, maze kagafatirwa hejuru y’icyuzi. Ni byiza ko icumi ku ijana (10%) by’ umurima wasaruwe mo sipirulina umenwa (ariko hakurikijwe amabwiriza) nk’ uko bivugwa mu ngingo 2.4.2) maze usigaye ukongera ugakoreshwa. Ni ngombwa rero kongeraho umurima kugirango usubizeho uwo wamennye.

3.6.GUFUMBIRA

Hanyuma yo gusarura, intunga mubiri sipirulina yakoresheje zigomba gusimbuzwa kuri buri kilogarama imwe (1kg) y’ umusaruro hongerwamo:

  • Ikilo kimwe n’ibice bine (1.4kg=1400g) bya nitarate ya potasiyumu
  • Amagarama mirongo itanu (50g) didorogeno fosifate ya potasiyumu(cyangwa fosifate ya amoniyumu)
  • Amagarama 30 ya potassium sulphate (soma: potasiyamu safete)
  • Amagarama 30 magnesium sulphate (somo: magineziyamu safete)
  • Amagarama 10 y’ ishwagara (cyangwa kolorire ya kalisiyumu)
  • Amagarama 10 y’ ubutare (iron sulphate)

*Sodium Bicarbonate (soma: Sodiyumu bikarubonate) ikoreshwa mu gihe cyo gutangira guhinga.
