Instant Discount Campaign

1. This promotion, conducted by Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. (“SIE Inc.”), is open to eligible PlayStation™Network (“PSN”) account holders. Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Instant Discount promotion commences on the Opening Date (00:00:00, 8 Sep 2023) and closes on the Closing Date (23:59:59, 8 Oct 2023). The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Instant Discount Promotional Period”.
3. During the Instant Discount promotion period, eligible persons shall be entitled to HK$20 discount upon single spending of HK$239 or above, or HK$10 discount upon single spending of HK$85 or above at PlayStation™Store with AlipayHK Mobile App. Eligible persons who pay with Alipay Mobile App shall be entitled to CNY¥18.4 discount upon single spending of CNY¥219 or above, or CNY¥8.8 discount upon single spending of CNY¥78 or above.
4. The Instant Discount offer is applicable to the first 1,300 Eligible Persons each day during the promotion period. Offer quota shall be served on first-come first-served basis while stocks last according to the time record of Eligible Transaction from AlipayHK or Alipay.
5. The offer can be used once per account and per Eligible Person.
6. The Instant Discount offer is only applicable on PlayStation™Store on website, mobile App (PlayStation®App), PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5. It is not applicable if using PlayStation®3, PlayStation®Vita or PSP®(PlayStation®Portable).
7. SIE Inc. reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of this promotion.
8. SIE Inc. accepts no responsibility for failure of any Eligible Person to create or sign-in to their account, to receive a Promotion Email, or to receive or redeem the code, as a result of any Eligible Person’s or third party’s network, hardware or software failure of any kind.
9. SIE Inc. reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion or update and/or amend these terms and conditions at any stage without prior notice, if deemed necessary in its opinion or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10. In the event of a dispute, SIE Inc.’s decision is final.
11. If there is any breach of these Terms or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behaviour relating to this Promotion, AlipayHK/Alipay/Alipay+ will forfeit such user's eligibility and entitlement forthwith without notice. AlipayHK/Alipay/Alipay+ reserves the right to cancel such transaction and to take legal action against the relevant user.
12. This Promotion is offered only once to each Eligible Person. An "Eligible Person" refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the AlipayHK/Alipay App and Wallet service. To prevent the risk of theft or misuse of an AlipayHK/Alipay account, mobile phone number, mobile device or credit card number, take note that in the following circumstances ((i) Connection on the same mobile phone or mobile device, such as the logging in or activation of multiple accounts; (ii) connection of an AlipayHK/Alipay account or mobile number on multiple mobile phones or mobile devices, such as the logging in or activation on such devices; or (iii) the same credit card number being connected to multiple AlipayHK/Alipay accounts), AlipayHK/Alipay may take steps to verify an Eligible Person's identity and/or suspend or terminate any promotion or reward relating to such account(s). AlipayHK/Alipay/Alipay+ reserves all rights of investigation.
